Refund policy

We have a zero return policy on warehouse pickups, which means you must verify your product to your satisfaction at pickup. If the order is placed online for customer pickup, we will honor a store credit (or refund) if the product is rejected at pickup for any reason, as long as it has not left our warehouse. 

Our products conditions range from: new, open box, and ‘damaged’. Many products are brand new, but we also stock a variety of scratch and dent, as well as customer returns. All products are sold as-is & all sales are final. 

Although we have a zero return policy, customer credits (BBH credit) will be considered on a case by case basis.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We can also offer exchanges on a case by case basis.
